Applying processes that include extruding, blow molding, encapsulation molding, die extrusion molding, injection molding, and casting, 1800seal911 / EPM develops custom molded seals and gaskets for customers in various industries. We engage several techniques such as molding, stamping, die cutting, water jet cutting, forming, and assembling to develop our products. Using different plastic materials such as Acetyl, Nylon, and PTFE and different rubber materials such as Nitrile, Silicone, and HNBR, we fabricate our custom products with a lead time of only 6 to 8 weeks. With a temperature range of -328° F to 500° F, our products are up to 100" in diameter and have a pressure range of up to 6,000 psi. We take great pride in providing great service, fast delivery, and high quality to all our customers. Our molded products have a tolerance of .015", in accordance to ASTM and Mil-Spec.
