Applying several machining processes like milling, drilling, turning, threading, counterboring, and countersinking we develop custom seals using a variety of metal, plastic, and rubber materials. Our CNC controlled lathes and mills support up to 5 axis. Having a diameter up to 100" with a tolerance of .005", our seals have a broad range of intended applications that include o il seals, piston seals, rotary shaft seals, rod seals, and u-cups. With a short lead time of only 7 to 10 days, we can provide single prototype units to large volumes, depending on customer needs.
